Is there some exp cheat I don't know about?

It seems like every friend captain I see has character levels in the 70s. Even after turtle island, I can barely level my characters. Heck, half the people on my list have already evolved their mihawks. Is there something I'm missing? Are they all playing via emulator? I know about random SUPER power up, and that same colors give more exp, but after playing every day I have one character in the 70s (vivi)

Saving turtles from turtle island and pouring them all into mihawk. Also using gems to do a bunch of runs on mihawk. Haven't spent a cent on the game, just farm the right areas.

i have played for 71 days and reached plvl 101, thats without spending any money, the cheat is to use your stamina all the way everyday and grind, grind grind.... and im not even close to some people on here... half stam days on arlong park or higher is key... lets see i think arlong park last stage gives you around 730 exp at 12 stam, this goes to 6 stam... I dont know how much stam you have, but I have 70. which means i can do this stage 11 times, 11x730=7760 xp. Louguetown is higher at 800xp so 8800xp, etc etc etc....

wait...lol i read that wrong you said character level...hah well yeah what the other guys said, i can do the run 4 times without gems, then gotta spend 1 to do it 4 more, i get a total of 16 runs on monday, considering you get 7 free gems a week, it seems like a low cost to get around 800000 to 1.2 mill xp every monday. Also have having diable sanji helps with time, i make sure his special is ready for th last stage and boom one turn...

Yeah, I guess it's mostly that I keep missing the first or second turtle time on mondays.. Makes a huge difference, considering how stingy even Extra isle missions are. 

Is there a chart anywhere that shows how much EXP it takes to level a character at each level?

I only know of what it takes for max level, not on a per level basis. The max level thing can be found on the blog by just looking at whichever character you are interested in.
