Can you play on same account on both phone and BlueStacks?

It would be much more easier for me if I could play on my account on both my PC and phone. I've tried transferring this morning, and the device you transfer from won't run the game anymore. Is there a way to play on the same account on 2 different devices?

no always have to transfer in between devices sadly
