Farming Miss Wednesday

Not sure what I'm doing wrong. I've been trying to farm miss Wednesday for weeks and five Mr 9s later, still no miss Wednesday. I only farm lagoon isle lvl 8 and whiskey peak level 4. I usually try to take out mr. 9 first but that strategy doesn't seem to be working. I attack a lot on drop % X2 also. What's the deal?

You have bad luck is your problem. Order of how you take down units doesn't effect drop rates as they are predetermined upon loading the chapter.

Maybe try farming chapter 5 on twin capes instead if you want miss wednesday as that way there is no issue of mr. 9 dropping over her.
