Who do I focus on levelling? Empty Who do I focus on levelling?

So I'm still really new to this game and started yesterday, I got lucky enough to roll Ace and my second roll was on Sanji 4* Shaping Shot, and I also picked up Mr.3, and I got Captain Kuro from story mode, Buggy from his Adventure Island. Is it better to spread out the stats and level everyone up or is it better to level up one character like get Ace to 70 asap?

Spread, leveling past 30 costs a fully buggy raid usually.
