Should I try to get laboon?

Any one got laboon in twin cape?
should i try to get laboon or to upgrade my Vivi (4* lv35)?

Do I get a shot at Mihawk at 30 sta?

Yikes, that is a super low vivi. Your best chance is trying to get laboon (mihawk should be coming up super soon so be quick) while pouring materials into vivi to up that recovery. I think you can barely run a vivi/laboon with like 4 crabs on that heal.
