The blog with JPN version guide says 5km radius. Since we are the GLOBAL version, maybe the distance or other criteria will be more lenient... The blog also says that it's worked with fake GPS setting on their phone so yeah I think that can work.

I'm not sure about line though. I'm a newbie as well.
