Ive got a problem :s
So my account got deleted due to not saving it via password , yeah i know my fault... so i tried to contact the support like described here https://bncrssup.channel.or.jp/Remedies/index/kbpY
But after sending a mail to the stated email (bncrssup_api@crais.channel.or.jp) nothing happens .. althought the reply should happen automatically :/

someone knows what to do?
