Should i switch to dex team or intel team maybe?
I can hardly find a friend zeff so my attack is not so high.

You should have a few teams and use them depending on the level.
I think you would have a good Intel team with happiness nami of you could start off a speed team with Ace, Sanji, and your other quick members if you evolve them.
