Hey, i need help with my one piece treasure cruise japanese, i can´t envolve but 2 days ago it work but yet a japanese massage is coming. i will take a pic of my problem.

One of your current teams has a unit that is overloading your current cost capacity, most likely a unit you just evolved. Check your teams, and whichever team has a unit that's over on cost take them off the team, afterwards you will be allowed to evolve your units once again.
