What team should I go with ?

Recently rerolled due to the new Sugofest, and from the rerolls I got two promising accounts.
One of them has a Rayleigh and a SW Zoro, and the other one has a SW Shanks. Which one should I use ?

Rayleigh
Rayleigh can carry any team and you dont need any synergy at all.
Dont even consider using SW Shanks when you got Rayleigh
