Need help with my turtle time crew

Can you guys tell me whether I can break black elder turtle's defense and kill it with my crew?
I am planning to use double shanks since I do not have many marco friends ... so 
here is my crew
5* shanks lv 21 atk 735 
5* urouge lv 75 atk 1192 
5* garp lv 61 atk 1012
4* Coby lv 64 atk 805
4* Mr.2 lv max atk 709

hello no that used to the fastest but thats long ago. Currently fastest is double marco team. About 20 runs in 30 min guarenteed opposed to marine hoping for a TND orb.
To topic poster, you can kill elder with urogue and a yellow orbs on him and hitting at least 4/6 perfects, no miss allowed

what level does garp have to be in order to kill the elder?

I think the unit should have about 1100 attack, my Garp is level 86 and has 1149 attack
