Fastest Turtle Time Team?

At the moment, for Turtle Time, I use a Marine Tandem team, claiming to be the fastest team to clear it (if you're lucky enough to get tandems most of the time). But, I've heard things here and there that said a team with Marco and Fullbody (or something like that) can clear Turtle Time in a minute or two! If someone could clarify, that would be awesome! Thanks!

Yes, one of the best teams is a marco team with psy crew members with more than 650 attack and fullbody. But fullbody needs to have maximized special. I use a team with Gear 3, killer arlong Shanks and Fullbody. Fullbody is for a sure last hit with Elder turtle, G3 with his captain ability and strong crew members for kill hidden elder turtles. With this team, I'm able to do 15 levels in 30 minutes

Marco is fastest, then comes shanks and then possibly a high STR-team under a Chopper lead and after that slashers/G3 or a marine team with good orbs.

yesterday i got a record of 19 runs with 3-4 min to spare but didn wanna gem for those last few min. Could have gotten about 21 runs probably. Marco Marco Coby Usopp shanks fullbody. Dropped only like 6-7 elders though
